She’s extremely scared of the dentist but Kaylen at the front desk helped her calm down and thoroughly informed and reassured her that they have an excellent care team and that she would be in good hands. I have never met such a kind and patient employee like Kaylen. She went above and beyond in delivering memorable customer service and even helped advise us on budget friendly options.
