I found the office of PB Smiles, Dr. Shindo, as well as everyone else in the office, to be kind, patient, and professional. I’m extremely impressed with the expediency of my services. They respected my fear of dentistry

I cannot reccomend this Dentist office enough! Every single individual I’ve interacted with (whether they are actively involved in my care, or not) have always been so kind, attentive, professional and personable. Excellent care, all around. Also, another amazing thing is— they accept Tricare Select! *Perfect and best choice for our military community/families here in PB.* I’ve been with this office since June/July 2024, and I was (to my surprise) diagnosed with early peridontal disease at my first office visit. Dr. Gee recommended I *immediately* remove my permanent retainer — as this did not help my genetic predisposition to periodontal disease, and to my surprise, he was able to do it there, and we came up with a thorough treatment plan. The dental hygienists do a *phenomenal job* at providing patient education with such great dignity, respect and compassion. I believe Madison is my current Hygenist, and she is just so much wonderful! I of course have to give so much kudos to *all of receptionist/front desk clerks* for all of their help, patience and genuine care they have provided me over the last few years. Not only was scheduling was a breeze, but, they have proved to be help me out in times where I ran into scheduling difficulties and conflicts. I wish I had everyone’s names— but here’s what I have writtten down so far— shout out to Dr. Gee (you are so very knowledgeable and skilled— thank you for everything), Chantel and Paniz (font desk🩷), and Madison ( one of the 3-4 Hygenists I’ve seen there.) I’m going to miss this office and this team. I’m so, so grateful for each and every individual there. Never forget the value of your care, and the value of kindness. You guys are amazing!
