I can't recommend this office enough! From the very first appointment, everyone has been so friendly, welcoming, and efficient. I have a lot of dental anxiety, and the entire team has made such a difference in helping me feel comfortable and cared for. I'm especially grateful to Dr. Gee, Angie, Kaylen, and Michelle for their kindness, patience, and exceptional care throughout my treatment. They truly go above and beyond to make every visit a positive experience. The work Dr. Shinto did was incredible - definitely 5 stars. My only complaint is that the amount of time I have to wait at every visit is outrageous. It’s often at least a half an hour sitting in the dental chair waiting. My appt was at 9:45 and they took me in pretty quickly, took x-rays, and set me up. Then I sat there fuming for 40 minutes! If they couldn’t see me until after 10:30, then why make me get there so early. I realize he had to look at my file and he wanted to confer with someone but 40 minutes is still way too long to have to wait. If this were the first time, I wouldn’t be complaining but it happens frequently that I’m waiting in the room while the dentist works on someone else. I’m really sick of it and we did discuss it I hope something changes before I look for someone else. The people are great and I like that most everything can be done in that office but after 5+ years of waiting at almost every visit, I’ve about had it.

I found the office of PB Smiles, Dr. Shindo, as well as everyone else in the office, to be kind, patient, and professional. I’m extremely impressed with the expediency of my services.
